AENOR has recently awarded the Quality Management System certificate according to the UNE-EN-ISO 9001 Standard to 14 Secondary Education Centres in Extremadura.Specifically, the following centres have been certified: I.E.S. Castelar (Badajoz), I.E.S. Reino Aftasí (Badajoz), I.E.S. San Fernando (Badajoz), I.E.S. San José (Badajoz), I.E.S. Fuente Roniel (Fuente de Maestre), I.E.S. Eugenio Frutos (Guareña), I.E.S. Emerita Augusta (Mérida), I.E.S. Sáenz de Buruaga (Mérida), I.E.S. Augustóbriga (Navalmoral de la Mata), I.E.S. Valle Del Jerte (Plasencia), I.E.S. Extremadura (Montijo), Bachiller Diego Sánchez (Talavera la Real), I.ES Eugenio Hermoso (Fregenal de la Sierra) and I.E.S. Miguel Durán (Azuaga).Among these educational centres, 11 have received the certificate for the first time, whereas three have renewed it, as they had already obtained it previously (Extremadura, Eugenio Hermoso and Miguel Durán). This project is framed within the Calidex programme of the Regional Government of Extremadura, the objective of which is to implement Quality Management Systems in this type of educational centres in Extremadura.The certificate presentation ceremony included the participation of the Managing Director of Vocational and University Training of the Government of Extremadura, Juan José Maldonado, and the Director of AENOR in Extremadura, Mónica Barroso.Group photography.Further information in the attached Press release.
