Food compliance conference

AENOR and Gómez-Acebo & Pombo are organising the informative conference on Food Compliance, in which the activities that companies must implement in order to respond to the different compliance requirements of the food sector will be analyed: claims, food safety, etc.

The meeting will take place on Wednesday 24 May, from 3.45 pm to 8.00 pm, at the headquarters of Gómez-Acebo & Pombo Lawyers (Castellana 216, Madrid). Entry is free and seating capacity is limited, which is why prior registration is required.

The taking effect of AC 1/2015, on penal code reform, highlights the importance of criminal prevention models as a tool for preventing the perpetration of illicit acts in organisations and reducing the risk of their perpetration. In addition, the demands of legislation and the increase of obligations to which organisations must respond to and enforce, positions compliance as a key tool in the management of an organisation.

At the event, ISO 37001 standards on the requirements of an anti-corruption management system will also be analysed, in addition to the next UNE 19601 standard that establishes requirements for a criminal compliance management system aligned with AC 1/2015 on penal code reform.
