Characteristics of the inspection
During the inspection, all the client's requirements will be checked, either on 100% of the goods or from a sample. The inspection may cover aspects such as:
Incoming Goods Inspection is a customised inspection performed on a shipment of goods arriving at a destination. The goods are inspected physically on arrival at their destination in order to check the quality and quantity of the products and their compliance with the requirements established for the same.
In countries with import certification programmes, where the shipment of goods is subject to the presentation of an inspection certificate, this inspection may also be performed at the customs office of destination of certain countries, such as Ecuador.
With this inspection service, AENOR offers companies the possibility of knowing and guaranteeing the characteristics of the goods when they arrive at the country of destination. A systematic inspection of 100% of units or a random selection from among the commissioned batches is carried out.
After this inspection, AENOR will issue a full inspection report, providing its clients with the information needed on the fulfilment of the contractual requirements established between client and supplier.
AENOR can count on a large network of inspectors in all parts of the world to perform these tasks.
