Intercomparison Programmes
In line with its goal of developing activities to improve the quality of companies, their products and services, AENOR has signed an agreement with GSC to offer to Intercomparison Exercises that allow laboratories to verify the quality of their testing. This strategic alliance combines the experience, rigour and prestige of two highly renowned companies in the field of quality.
Gabinete de Servicios para la Calidad, S.A.L., (GSC) specialises in providing quality-related support to laboratories. Its staff has an extensive and proven track record in projects related to the implementation of quality improvement and intercomparison systems at testing laboratories working in various fields and, in particular, at laboratories that conduct testing in the agri-food and environmental sectors. Since 2001 GSC has been participating in the design and execution of intercomparison programmes in these fields, operating and developing a Quality System based on the UNE EN ISO/IEC 17043:2010 Standard. From December 2011 GSC is certified as ENAC a Supplier of Intercomparison Programmes in the environmental, agriculture and food and sensory sectors.
This new partnership marks the beginning of a circuit of intercomparison exercises, open to any laboratory that wishes to take part.
